Paid service

• We will be offering an efficient, luxury transfer to and from airports and railway stations. Even during your holiday, our taxi service can help you reach the major points of interest in the Dolomites, such as neighbouring towns and cities, ski lifts, huts, restaurants, etc.

Prices

• Prices are per night, per apartment with arrival and departure on Saturday (valid only for the high season). The minimum stay is 7 nights. During the low season, the minimum stay is 3 nights.

Supplements

• Children aged 0-23 months do not pay a supplement. For children from 2 to 12 years we charge a supplement of €30.00 per night. The supplement from 14 years and upwards is €45.00 per night.

Tourist tax

• The total for the stay does not include the tourist tax of €3.00 per person, per day (from 14 years old), which is indicated separately on the invoice and must be paid locally.

Booking

• The deposit of 40% of the total price paid at the time of booking confirmation will be refunded if the cancellation is made up to 31 days before the check-in date.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellations made up to 31 days before arrival will not incur any additional cost.
• Cancellation within 30 days from the date of arrival will incur a penalty of 100% of the services booked.
• In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees shall be equal to 100% of the amount paid for the days booked.

Check in / Check out

• Check-in is from 2:00 pm, and check-out must be completed by 9:30 am on the day of departure. Please pay the balance on the day before departure from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Dogs

• Pets are welcome on request with a supplement of €84.00 per week.

Smoking

• Smoking is prohibited indoors on the premises. Please smoke outside only, using the ashtrays provided.
